The Cadets of Waukesha West will travel to UW-Whitewater on Saturday to perform at the WSMA State Marching Band Championships on Saturday October 15. We will follow one of two potential schedules for the day depending on where the Cadets finish in Quad A competition. Please review bo the PLAN A schedule and the PLAN B schedule so you know where you can find us throughout the day on Saturday. GO CADETS!!

place first in Quad A Competition
Saturday October 15
7:45 am All Students Report to Band Room ~ Final Rehearsals ~
Bring your full uniform with you!
11 am – 11:55 am Eat, change into uniforms, load equipment
(Bring a sandwich, we will provide water and snacks. All students stay at West HS)
11:55 am Board Buses
12:00 noon Depart for UW-Whitewater
12:55 PM Arrive at UW-Whitewater, warm up, etc.
2:45 PM Waukesha West Performance
(Group Pics by Jolesch after performance)
4:00 PM Awards Ceremony
5:20 PM Load Buses, drive over to UW-Whitewater Greenhill Center of the Arts Parking Lot
6:30 – 7:30 Eat dinner at restaurants of choice near Greenhill Center of the Arts Building on West Main Street: McDonald's, Qdoba, Pizza Hut, Jimmy John's, Cozumel Mexican, Subway,
The China House, Rocky Rococco's, Culver's
7:30 PM Everyone Back on Buses, return to stadium
8:00 PM Warm up for Exhibition Performance
9:00 PM WSMA Class AAAA Champion Exhibition Performance
10:00 PM Depart Whitewater
10:55 PM Arrive at West High School

General admission to this event is $12 adults and $6 for non-participating students (including college aged students with college id)
