Florida Trip Meeting March 26 (and other important trip dates....)

Important Information for Students and Parents regarding the Band and Choir Trip to Florida. Please mark the following important trip related events into your calendars:

Thursday March 26 at 7 PM
Important meeting for students and parents in the West Auditorium. This will be an important meeting for details and expectations.

Monday March 30 from 6:30 - 8:00 PM
Marching Band Uniform re-fitting session: The West Marching Band will perform in the evening Spectro-Magic Parade at Disney's Magic Kingdom on Thursday April 16. Marching band members who are participipating in the Florida trip will need try on their uniforms at home to see if they still fit. Students who will need to be re-fitted should come to the West Band Room on Monday March 30 from 6:30 - 8:00 PM in order to receive new uniform parts as needed.

Sunday April 5
Concert Band, Swap, and Wind Ensemble rehearsal for Florida Trip:
1:30 - 3:00 PM - Combined Concert Bands rehearsal (please arrive by 1:15 PM)
3:00 - 4:30 PM - Combined Swap and Wind Ensemble Rehearsal (please arrive by 2:50 PM)

This will be our only opportunity to rehearse these groups for performance at Festival Disney. Please make every effort to clear your schedule so that you can be in attendance.
