Pizza Sale items Need to be Picked Up Thursday!

Hello West Band Members and Parents!

This message is for those families who participated in the recent music department pizza fundraiser sale (participant's names listed below....)

The pizza sale fundraiser items will be delivered to West this Thursday (Feb. 19), and all items must be picked up from West.

Please come to the West Orchestra room between 2:45 and 4 PM to pick up your pizza fundraiser items. Since most (all?) of the items will arrive frozen, it is very important that everything gets picked up on Thursday. (We do not have freezer space to store leftover items.)

All money from the sale will need to be turned to Mr. Duffy no later than Wednesday February 25 (or sooner).

Please contact Mr. Duffy if you anticipate difficulty with Thursday's pick up timeline.
