October 20, 2007 Weekend activities

Saturday October 20
11:45 am All Students Report to Band Room – Final Rehearsals!
(Earlier starting times for color guard, battery, and other sections T.B.A.)
Students will get a break during this rehearsal

4:00 – 5:00 PM Eat, change into uniforms, load equipment and buses
(Bring a sandwich, we will provide soda/water and snacks. All students stay at West HS)
5:00 PM Board Buses
5:15 PM Depart for UW-Whitewater
6:05 PM Arrive at UW-Whitewater
8:00 PM Waukesha West Performance
(Group Pics by Jolesch after performance)
10:35 PM Awards Ceremony
11:35 PM Depart UW-Whitewater
12:25 am Arrive at West High School

General admission to this event is $11 adults and $6 for non-participating students
