Weekend activities October 13 & 14, 2007

Saturday October 13
12:45 PM Students arrive at West (…some sections will report earlier...)
Important rehearsals at West High School
(Bring your complete uniform with you!!!)
4:45 – 5:45 PM Eat, change into uniforms, load equipment
(Bring a sandwich - Band Parents will provide soda/water and chips - all students stay at West HS)
(5:30 PM) (Competition at Cudahy starts - Complete schedule listed below)
6:00 PM Depart West High School
6:45 PM Arrive at Cudahy High School (unload, warm-up, etc.)

8:45 PM Waukesha West Performance
9:15 PM Awards Ceremony
10:15 PM Depart Cudahy
11:04 Arrive at West HS (You may leave your uniforms overnight at West as long as they are hung or laid properly in their bags)

Sunday October 14
11:15 – 12:30 Pre-performance rehearsal at West (in street clothes)
(Make sure you have all of your uniform parts!)
(Eat brunch or lunch before you arrive at West)
12:30 – 1:10 Load truck, change into uniforms, board buses
(1:00 PM) (Competition at Fort Atkinson Starts - Complete schedule listed below)
1:15 PM Depart West High School (Wear uniforms on bus)
(Bring a sandwich on the bus if needed)
2:25 PM Arrive at Fort Atkinson High School (Unload, quick warm-up)

3:45 PM Waukesha West Performance (Bring money for concessions)
4:15 PM Awards Ceremony
5:30 PM Depart Fort Atkinson High School
