Band & Orchesrtra West Band & Orchestra Students Depart for Washington D.C. on Tuesday!

Waukesha West Band and Orchestra students and chaperones will be departing for Washington D.C. bright and early on Tuesday morning!

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT EVERYONE ARRIVES AT WEST NO LATER THAN 5 am!

Please do everything you need to do in order to insure that you arrive on time Tuesday morning.

Upon arrival, students should place their luggage and instrument cases next to the bus on which they are riding. Designated bus loaders will neatly pack the bays under each bus. Students should then take their carry-on items into the auditorium for a brief meeting scheduled at 5:30 am. STUDENTS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO BOARD THE BUSES UNTIL AFTER THE MEETING IN THE AUDITORIUM. Students will be dismissed by class to board buses AFTER the meeting in the auditorium.

Please be sure to review the *trip handbook and prepare everything you will need for this trip in a timely manner.
