Important Meeting for Parents of Band and Orchestra Students Participating in Spring Trip

Parents of students who are participating in the upcoming trip to Washington D.C. and Virginia Beach are asked to attend an important information meeting scheduled in the West Auditorium on Monday March 12 starting at 7:30 PM.

Many important items will be addressed including details on the daily itinerary, health and medical information, rules and regulations, and other important items.

We anticipate the meeting to last approximately one hour. Students may attend if they wish, but the meeting is intended primarily for parents.

Please make every effort to attend this important meeting. We believe that a week-long, out of state trip involving close to 200 students is an event worthy of personal attention. We hope to see all the parents of participating students on Monday March 12 at 7:30 PM.
