Band Awards Banquet Information

The Band Awards Banquet will be held on Tuesday May 26 at 6:00 PM in the West cafeteria. This is the annual potluck dinner which honors our band students.

All West Band students and their families are invited.

West Band students will be recognized for their participation in a variety of activities this year including solo and ensemble, honors bands, etc. Special awards including band letters and bars will also be presented.

Families whose last names begin with:

A-L Please bring a main dish and dessert

M-Z Please bring a main dish and salad

Drinks, cups, plates, and utensils will be provided.
