Marching Band Performance at West

The Cadets of Waukesha West will present its first 2010 halftime show performance at tonight's home football game!
We will need all students dressed and ready to perform by 5:45 PM on Friday. (Students should come to the West band Room.) Students may bring their uniform garment bags with a change of clothes to change into after our performance.
Wind and percussionists will wear compete band uniforms including the uniform jacket, football pants (ID number 1 - 300), hat, football plume, white band shoes, white gloves, and white socks. (Please make sure the white socks are the longer version which cover the foot, ankle, and lower calf.)
The football game starts at 7 PM, and our halftime performance usually takes place between 7:45 and 8:15 PM. The marching band will attend the game, and we sit as a group in the bleachers in the South end zone of the football field.
After our halftime performance, all students will need to assist in getting everything back to the band room area and put away neatly. Students may change out of their uniforms and are free to attend the rest of the game on their own. The band room will be accessible after the game in case students want to leave their uniforms (neatly hung in their garment bags...) in the band room during the second half of the game. All Uniforms MUST be taken home Friday night!!
We are looking forward to presenting an excellent first uniformed performance of our show, and we ask all students to remember the importance of following all instructions throughout the evening.
