Marching Band Rehearsal

The Cadets of Waukesha West will rehearse tonight from 6:00 - 9 PM (Please arrive at West at 5:45 PM).

TONIGHT'S REHEARSAL HAS BEEN SCHEDULED TO REPLACE THE REHEARSAL ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED ON AUGUST 18. WEST HIGH SCHOOL IS HOLDING FRESHMAN ORIENTATION ON AUGUST 18. SINCE THIS IS A CHANGE IN SCHEDULING, PLEASE DO EVERYTHING YOU CAN TO RESOLVE CONFLICTS. WE MUST HAVE AN EXCELLENT REHEARSAL TONIGHT SO THAT WE REMAIN ON TRACK FOR THE UPCOMING PERFORMANCE SEASON!

Be sure to bring all equipment, and wear appropriate footwear, clothing, and bug spray....

It is the student's responsibility to resolve conflicts due to work schedules or other non-emergency events.

Excellent attendance is one of the top factors in our continued success.

There will be an important meeting for all band parents at 7:30 PM in the auditorium. (Volunteer sign up lists will be available in the auditorium starting at 7 PM.)

The parent meeting will conclude in time for all parents to come outside and watch a run through performance of our 2010 show "Celtic Voices"

We hope to see a GREAT TURNOUT at the parent meeting at 7:30 AND at the run through performance at 8:35 PM.
